How to reach us
Our only support channel is email: support@ozilai.io. Write to that address for anything related to Ozilai.
A good first message names the email address your account uses and says in a few sentences what went wrong. If a clip failed or looks off, add what you can of the following: which creation mode you used, the model name, the task ID, roughly when you submitted it, and any error text that appeared.
Using the generator
Write in if you are unsure which photo or workflow to pick, if an upload is rejected, if you cannot find a finished task, or if the credit price on screen does not make sense to you.
Billing, plans and cancellations
When your question is about money, tell us which plan or pack it concerns and which payment provider the checkout page named. Please never put card numbers, passwords, API keys, webhook secrets or similar credentials in an email.
To end a subscription, say so in the subject line or the first sentence and name the account that holds it.
